Although there is no law for average Americans to pay federal income taxes on earned wages, most court judges will still hammer down the guilty verdict against tax truth standers!  In some cases, judges didn't let the defendant present his or her defense and sternly guided jurors to lead to a guilty verdict!  The legal process is simply ignored!
